How do I choose the right glove weight?
Bag work and general training: 12-14oz. Sparring: 14-16oz, increasing with your bodyweight. Pro fights: 8-10oz.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2-4 working days after dispatch.
Can I return gear I have tried on?
Yes, as long as it is unused, in original packaging and you tell us within 14 days of delivery.
Do you ship outside the UK?
