Delivery

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £75. Orders under £75 are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the gear back. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Hygiene-sensitive items such as gum shields and underwear can only be returned if sealed. Faulty items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
